I've got a lovely pair of boots that I want to wear for a special occasion next monday, I got them out to try on tonight and they're too tight round the calves - I haven't worn them for about 3 years! and have put on a bit of weight since then. Has anyone got any tips to help me lose weight off my legs in 4 days? I wondered about some type of wrap that i could use maybe - any sensible suggestions gratefully received.

If you have gained a lot of weight all over-then a diet is your solution. But could it be that you have gained muscle in your legs??
