It used to be Vic Reeves but he got the boot after being convicted of (I think) drink driving. Don't know who does it now but Vic was better.

Contrary to popular perception, Vic Reeves did not provide the dog's voice. Rather, he asked the questions that prompt Churchill to answer "Oh, yes". During the Vic Reeves era, the voice of Churchill was provided by Bob Mortimer.
