and fake tan. is it a good idea to put fake tan on a week old tattoo? i'm thinking the johnson's gradual stuff not a proper spray tan. please only reply if you've had a tattoo or experience

I doubt it would do any harm to apply fake tan on a week old tatt as it should have a good scab on it now. If however it hasn't I wouldn't suggest it as it may irritate the skin and thus affect the quality of the tattoo, i.e. making the ink blotchy etc.
If you really can't resist applying the tan then maybe apply vaseline over the tattoo to create a barrier between the...

Ive had umpteen tattoos and in the summer (i dont beleive in sunbeds) used Johnston's and Dove's moisturiser with tanning stuff in it and mine have been fine, i assumed because it was a moisturiser its ok so never had any probs

mr clean, i'm high maintenance. my boyfriend hates me

does the tattoo say "high maintenance"?
I don't think it's good to put fake tan on at all....you can always tell.....it's fake!
