I live in Southern Spain with the boyf, and now Winter is here we are finding that the bedroom is freezing cold and quite damp. When we get into bed the linens are damp and now our clothes in the wardrobe are starting to smell and there is mould on the walls.
How are we supposed to tackle this problem? Do we keep the shutters up all day to get the sun in the room even though we wake to condensation? Are we to leave the shutters down so no cold air gets in? Do we leave the bedroom door open so the whole apartment ventilates? We've informed the landlord of the mould and she says its just typical of the region at this time of year.
No, no central heating and a dehumidifier (sp) eats electric and there is a LOT of problems with the local leccy company and their overcharging. But I'll look into it cheers.
