bad breath

have a bit of a sore throat and bunged up......i brush regularly with my electric toothbrush, and also regularly use disclosing tablets on my teeth!!....but past two days my mum said that me breath was quite stale.......any suggestions? (obviously i carry mints etc) xxxx thaaanks x

ps its not a usual thing....and im wondering if its off my throat? should also say that ive noticed over the years that my mums can be quite bad though she dosent take as good care of her teeth as me (theyre fine shes not toothless hahahah) but can stuff like this run in the family as im PARANOID NOW!!

If you have a sore throat and been bunged up that will give you bad breath. A good test is to lick the back of your hand and smell it.A mouthwash will help. It will get better.

haha noraq...dyes the plaque on your teeth blue or whatever so you can brush it all away!!!!!!

naomi thanks thats reassuring...ive tried the licking thing before thanks for reminding me! you know im just para now! LOL ill get a new mouthwash tomorrow i liked that dentyl one....thanks peeps xxxxx
