Is it possible to be totally fine in the moring( afters a hards night of partying)...and then later in the day start to get hang over symptoms?

You're more likely to have a hangover from a boring night out than a great one - odd, but true!
I can't speak from experience though, as I've never had a hangover...
Obonio - you have a point there. A few years back, a fella at work was paralytic at a Christmas party. The next morning, he took his wife shopping & was randomly pulled over by the police & breathalysed. Needless to say, the test was positive & he was consequently banned from driving for 18 months, along with a hefty fine. So anyone contemplating driving, the morning after the night before - beware!
