Have had a bad night with blocked sinuses - was doing some internet research and came up with this:

That's even more interesting than my homemade chillie or spicey lentil soup recipies which also work but no longer seem as much fun.

I suppose you could combine them, but it might get a bit messy!

And probably painful... I use fresh chillis and you know what it's like when you rub your eye without washing your hands first.
