Have you got a pair and if so, do they help your legs/heels/muscles ?

Yes, a few pairs....No, apparently they are not good.
I bought my fit flops when they first came out, they have toned my bum and thighs a bit but I only wear them around the house. I want a pair of the new Reebok ones that are in the shops now, they look much nicer.

I just bought the dark brown pair in the picture, cost £45 at Bentalls Kingston. They look like they have more support than the reeboks, and are quite comfy so I will persevere.
I would have bought some (as I wear flipflops all the time from choice) but I thought the Fit Flops were very expensive so I didn't.

I wear flip flops all the time, but they are so thin and no support at all, as you can tell from my previous threads I am starting to get knee and heel problems, so think its time for some comfort. Well worth the money if it stops the pain in my joints.
Indeed. Perhaps you will road-test and let us know!

If they work I will let you know :)
I just purchased some Reebok easytone flip flops, hoping they will work!
The Avon lady knocked tonight with a bag for my missus, I was just about to put my hand in my pocket and ask how much she wanted, she said £15.00

I said call back tomorrow and she`ll pay you, had a peek in the bag and they are toning flip flops

still shaking my head in disbelief!
£15 is a very reasonable price for these, Elvis!!
Jeez....my last two pairs cost £20 each and they are bog standard (although pretty) ones....
Are your legs and @rse still bog standard though ummmmm?
That depends on what you consider 'bog standard'......!!!

I cannot see or understand how flip flops will tone thighs and bums. To me, that's just a marketing strategy.
