Chiropractor might help or osteopath

Acupuncture for pain control...
Sorry no. I know one for arthritus though. sting the acheing joint with a stinging nettle.
The sting triggers the bodies defence mechanism and releases a natural anti-inflamatory at the area.

Thank God I havent got arthritus Yet !
My mum gets some bad aches in her wrists, so I trauled through lots of books and then the net, eventual anrrowed some down and that one seemed most plausible, so I mentioned it to my mum, she thought i was pulling her leg at first lol. She gave it a go though....and now she swears by it! Old folk remedies do work...sometimes!
I swear by an osteopath but just by drinking LOTS of fluids can help clear up siatica.

Dusty, I recovered completely through the modified and correct methods of exercises from a herniated disc. Am here to ask you if you will trust a person with first hand experience with the pain to help you get back to normal? Thanks. Sidney
