this might sound silly, but are there any side effects to eating lots of grapes?  You know if you eat asparagus, it makes your pee smell funny, stuff like that.

Over the last few days i have eaten about 2-3lbs of grapes, purely because I had a real craving for them.  I've been eating other stuff too, it's not like a weird diet or anything!

Thanks!

They may make your bowels loose, ands the overdose of fruit sugar may not be too good for you, but as longas you don't make a habit of this, you shouldn't get any long term il effects. I know how you feel - I can eat grapes for England!
I was going to say the same, in fact i use grapes to get my kids going is a bit constipated!
grapes are credited with many medicinal properties,,they reduce inflammation increase urination. and bowel movements..they improve muscle tone and help to stimulate bile flow and cleanse the liver.they are also regarded as a tonic food helping to raise energy levels..grape juice is often reccomended as a component in detox programmes and in chronic illness,,,,including cancer and severe arthritis.eating grapes fresh or dried can help with constipation and a sluggish digestion...once the grape is fermented into wine in moderation it can lower cholestrol and provides some protection for the heart.so carry on eating them morrisonker they will do you no harm,,
