I've had loads more positive comments from men since I went dark (but I am very happily married!)
I change my hair colour really often, and when I worked in ITU it was really obvious how differently I was treated, The doctors who treated me as a professional as a brunette were nigh on patting me on the head and treating me as a complete dumb bunny as a blonde and flirting like mad when I was a redhead.... all in the space of 2 weeks.
I am dark blonde/mousey and have been mostly blonde since 15 but have gone back to natural or brown on a few occasions. I am now mousey/grey/blonde highlights!
I loved being blonde best, just felt much more confident and more like the real me. I can't say I have ever noticed any different treatment when I tried brown, but I think I acted differently and lost my confidence a bit.
