I'm 18 in October but one of my friends is not 18 until next June. We both have dark hair and eyes and I think if I straighten my hair she could get away with using my ID (we don't particularly look alike but I think we have enough similarities to get away using it and I have plenty of friends that get away using peoples that don't look half as alike as we do)
I was just wondering what kind of trouble me and my friend could get into for doing this?
The only thing that I've heard is that I know somoeone who lent their ID to their friend and the bouncer took it off the friend. Also if this happened how would you go about getting it back? Could we get into trouble with the police or is getting the ID taken away the worst that can happen?
thanks :) x
whgy would you try to get a person working in a bar sacked? Or worse still get them a fine and a visit to the magistrates court, if you;re 18 and trying to lend someone your id you should maybe have it taken off you until you are responsible enough to know what it is meant for
My sister was 16, maybe 17 when she borrowed my brother's gf's ID. Anyway, a few people wouldn't let her in because they didn't believe it was her ID. We tried another place and bouncer took the ID, went off and came back with a piece of paper and asked her to do her signature. My sis obv said she couldn't so we went home. I hated it, it was really stressful and no one let us in. Don't do it!
I Wouldn't try getting someone sacked!! and I also do know what it is meant for and would be responsible with it.
I was jsut asking about getting into places were ID is needed (i.e gigs) I was jsut wondering if doing so could cause both me and my friend to be in trouble with the law
lol Misscommando I haven't borrowed any of my older friends as I don't look like any of them. It's the embaressment thats stopped me haha too cringe worthy to stand in que then get turned away haha
you give your friend your ID...and something happens (she falls ill etc) and is taken to hospital unconscious without you knowing. The nurses check the ID, and call YOUR parents,
