Spotting between periods
3 Answers
Hi
My last period finished last Friday/Saturday. As of yesterday I noticed when I went to the loo that I had pink tinged wee - could only notice it on the toilet paper (sorry if this is too explicit!!!). There was only a slight tinge to be honest but it was enough to make me notice. Kept checking every time I went to the loo but it disappeared of its own accord. Nothing this morning but this afternoon (again) I've noticed its back. Pretty much the same as yesterday. I'm on the pill and have been on the same one for years without any complications. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think I need to make a doctor's/nurse's appointment or wait and see if reappears again tomorrow or any other day?!
If I do make an appointment is it usually best to see the doctor (male) or the nurse? The receptionists at my doctors are pretty useless (made appointments for the wrong day, wrong person etc before) so no use asking them!! Just don't want to see the nurse to find out I need to see the doctor separately!!
I hate this kind of stuff ... !!!

However it IS something to see your GP about if it happens a lot as it could mean your pill no longer suits you or that something else is going on. So maybe bear with it for now and see what happens?
