Bless you....that must be so worrying.
Well, if she is that bad as you describe, she shouldn´t be flying home.
If she is flying home, then she is not as bad as you describe.
Stop flapping.
Pasta I'm so sorry. At least you can make sure that she seeks a proper medical diagnosis as soon as she gets back, and it's only a few hours away now. Did she take anti-malarial treatment before she went? - I do hope so, it's certainly recommended for some parts of India. and toothache too - poor lilpasta, there is no pain like toothache, I hope the flying doesn't affect it.
Stop flapping...?

That is every Mothers right Sqad...
A bad stomach is par for the course in India I`m afraid. She needs to make sure she`s well hydrated for the flight

I am trying hard not to burst into tears.....and not to start googling Malaria.......
ummm....quite, but that is my opinion, but not as a mother.

boxtops.......exactly........the tooth problem will get worse when flying.

pasta........if there is something that you can do about a problem.....if you cant then stop worrying.

I bet it isn`t as bad as pasta has portrayed.

geeezzz...sqad...try a bit harder...will ya???

She is at airport now.....I have no idea if she took anti-malarials........apparently doctor also suggested a infection......

sqad...I can only go by what my daughter is telling me. You are reminding me a bit too much of my EX when I was worrying about her during her teen years when she went off th erails....NOT helpful at all.
pasta.....let me put it this way.......I would not like to be on a flight with a person with a Pyrexia of Unknown Origin ? malaria on the same flight.

My opinion?....she or you or both are over-reacting.
pasta...OK....signing off.
I know it`s easy to say but she`ll be home soon and she`ll be fine. Hopefully she`s got some medication with her
most people care and worry about their kids sqad, we know you don't.
now being a knob .

" My opinion?....she or you or both are over-reacting."
You can only make that statement if you are standing here next to me -which you are not. I like you-sometimes-sqad....but your manner leaves much to be desired, and has not calmed me at all.

Thanks to all others and their comments......xx
Would they stop her from flying if she was really bad?
Question Author
I would imagine they can only stop her if they KNOW she is ill.......now she is upset at not being seated with BF. I hope that just the relief of getting back makes her feel better....being ill on holiday is terrible.
I bet it is...so far it's never happened to me. Must be awful for her x
Question Author
Thanks ummmm x
I know sqad is coming across as hard on this but,if she had Malaria she wouldn't even be thinking of getting on a plane. Bad stomachs are a fact of life when travelling to India. And doesn't malaria take quite a while to show itself? She would more likely start showing symptoms after she got home.
She's been there 3 weeks.
