I see a lot of girls these days with beautiful thick lashes. Some are semi permanent...what is the best thing to do to get lovely lashes that stay on for a while...are they expensive??

I seem to recall it's about £22 for a set in the place I get my eyebrows done.

I read somewhere recently that if you get it done on a regular basis then you risk your eyelashes falling out.

I heard that as well actually ummmm. I think I'd like it if I was going on a big night out and wanted a really fancy set but otherwise I would just stick to lash lengthening mascara.

Mascara, but which one? All the ads say 'enhanced post production' or 'lash inserts used' - hardly gives consumer a clue does it!

The lacombe one is very good. If you don't want to spend that kind of money then I have used the loriel one advertise by Penelope Cruiz in the past and that is also good.

tbh my mom has been using this false lashes and went for the indivdual lashes so they were put on one by one! she has now had them took off and her eyelashes have disappeared! well actually little and stumpy...
Its the glue i would steer clear, a good mascara and eye lash curlers are the way forward

I buy the ones you put on individually yourself, and use them for nights out or when I really wanna woo the fella.

L'Oreal Volume Shocking is brilliant but no help becuse they've discontinued it.

lash extensions ruin your own eye lashes. if you want some thing a bit more permanent then mascara try an eyelash tint and perm i wouldn't recommend a home kit,as the solutions might burn if you don't know what your doing plus it isn't very expensive to have it professionally done cost is between £15-£25 for each treatment

The easiest way to get lovely eyelashes is to date a girl that already has them. If you are a girl however this strategy might not work so well and most blokes don't look after their eyelashes even if they are aware that they have them.
