Just thought I'd let you know I had an un disturbed night, I slept pretty well & had no reoccurance of the night before.(Thank Goodness).
I will however keep my doc app't on Monday just to keep him informed.
Although god knows who I will see, as my own doc got banned by the GMC & the NHS last year for inappropriate behaviour, he is now fighting the decision. So we have a stream of locums in every week.

Good luck Jem. I seriously can't understand why you were advised to go to A&E if it happened again though!! If I thought something was an emergency in the middle of the night I would phone 999. If it wasn't an emergency I would expect a doctor to come out.

Thats what the doc receptionist said LL she had gone away to get a reply from probably one of the locums.
I have a feeling they didn't want to know. They're in such a state in that surgery at the mo. If they can get rid they will. Well thats my impression any way. Perhaps I should listen to Sqad more closely?

jem -- glad you had a better night. Is there not another practice to which you could transfer?

Well there is 'another practice' don't know if its better. Thankfully being as I don't go much (only for repeat scripts) I didn't bother. I'm going to think about it again though Brenda.

glad to hear you're feeling okay today - maybe one of the locum Docs will turn out to be a superstar - when I had to change my brilliant surgery because I moved, I checked out all the local surgieries and picked the one I thought would suit me best. Am happy with the decision - unless it's because of transport problems, we don't have to stay with the nearest surgery anymore. Stay well
