how long after eating will it count?

i mean if i wait half an hour or something will it still be classed as 'after food'?

i assume the point is that its not to be on an empty stomach, so if im still full it should count... right?

well for a tablet to be taken on an empty stomach youhave to wait two hours after eating a normal meal so I would think half hour should be fine. If in doubt eat a couple of cracekrs or a yoghurt or something.

I find that if I take mine, with or within about an hour of eating, then it's fine..............as long as not on an empty stomach!.............

Think yourself lucky. In the past I've had to take medication on an empty stomach, or at least 2 hours after food. That really is difficult if your a greedy s@d like me!

Within an hour will do nicely, as you will still have stomach contents to prevent damage to the lining of the stomach due action of the tablet.
