Sorry, not sure where best to put this.

What is a good fit for a sports bra? I tried a couple on today and did a few jumps in the changing room but everything still seemed to be bobbing around like a normal bra. Are they supposed to be a tight fit?

What kind of sports bra?
If you video it and send me a copy, I'll gladly take a look to see if it's correct.

I went to JJB but they were all grubby little boys working there. Didn't feel inspired to ask their opinion.
Milly, you are thinking about it all wrong. You need a loose fitting bra for jogging. That way you can watch fellow joggers run into lamposts, walls, cars, each other, etc as they will be too busy watching your Baywatch impression to watch where they are going!

And yes, before anyone says anything, i have done it several times. Fell of a kerb, run into a goal post, and lost my footing on treadmill :-)
How suitable that a name like "bob jugs" replies on a thread about bouncing up and down :-)

ha ha ha. In that case, sod the expense I may as well just not bother with one at all.

Actually maybe not, I keep forgetting I don't resemble Pammy in any way.

put an FAO Jogger Jane post...she's the expert on things athletic Try M and S though they have a good range now...and they have trained fitters in the big stores
have a look at some reviews

http://www.runnerswor...ng/sports-bras/7.html

I have tried a few but I am not happy with the level of protection, I bought a regular support bra which kept them in place a lot better than the sports bras I tried, although I know some people who swear by sports bra's, it depends on the person. I find reading reviews handy in helping me decide which ones to try
Happy days....a link.........(slurrpppppppp! and munch)

God love you cazzzy :0) x
