Will a sunbed work as a lamp to help S.A.D. ? We have a sun lamp and although i don't wanna use it to tan (yes, cos I know all about the risks etc!) I'd like to leave it on and soak uyp the rays from a distance - kinda like whilst I'm on AB and working on the PC. Will it help SAD? (PS I don't have SAD as such - but like everyone I do get a bit down in the dumpt overwinter months and lacke energy)

thanks muchly in advance

I don't think it will help...also if you haven't got SAD...a SAD lamp won't help either.....
No, it's different light. SAD lamps have blue light to resemble daylight. Sunbed lamps are dangerous to the eyes if you view them without goggles.
