Any one suggest a better cream than clotrimazole??

Some strains are resistant to clotrimazole. Indeed I found it often made the problem worse. I found tolnaftate solution (Tinaderm spray) worked really well but I still needed to use clotrimazole on some small areas which were apparently resistant to the tolnaftate.

The spray is much easier to apply.

I think you should just go to your GP and show her/him the problem and they will be able to advise/prescribe.
I wouldn't mess around with swabs myself, they'll want to see it and may or may not take an appropriate swab with the appropriate equipment.
They've seen it all before , thousands of times, even if they've not seen yours before.

Definitely go to the doctors; they'll be able to prescribe you an oral treatment because the creams are basically a load of rubbish!

If its a recurring problem, try seeing a homeopath. A doctor treats the symptoms, but a homeopathic remedy can clear the problem that causes the symptoms.
And yes - I speak from experience.
