does anyone know any good shop bought products?

I dont want a glo-white smile or anything and definitely cant afford £2k+ for UV/laser teeth whighteneing, so was just wondering do any of the over the counter products work?

:)

thanks

I just buy wilko sensitive whiting tooth paste and replace my tooth brush every few weeks and that seems to keep them looking quite white, i think the main thing is make sure you spend 6 minutes a day, every day brushing them
Won't you wear them away?

6 minutes??!! crikey - maybe thats where i am going wrong!

I dont drink tea or coffee, very rarely drink wine - so not sure why they are looking quite discoloured - feeling rather paranoid ! :( and wont smile on piccies
something about it here on the Boots website http://www.webmd.boot...wyCjCioviviCjC%20C%20
well of course the dental association dont want you to whiten your own teeth...it stops you paying them thousands of pounds...

the home kits are not that strong, simply because they are home kits so people cant over do them and hurt themselves etc
as theyre mild you have to do it more than once, but if you are prone to sensitive teeth be careful as it can temporarily make them more sensitive for a few days.

you can get a kit for around £6
ive had no ill effects though
I have been using the Blanx products which you can get at Boots after someone recommended it to me. I have found it to be rather good and I have tried a few. Nothing will be as good as getting your teeth whitened professionally though.

thanks guys! appreciate they wont work as well as the professional job, but a slight improvement would be nice ! will try a few of the suggestions :)
Crest Whitening strips on Ebay.
Jeyes Fluid
My dentist does a home kit for £300 - they make moulds to fit your teeth exactly and give you a certain amount of product, then you can buy more either from them or on the internet.. maybe your dentist does the same?
I used Wilkos advanced whitening, brush teeth twice a day, drink juice through straw and chew orbit after every meal. My teeth are fine and not had a filling for years. Check out x factor judges for examples of chemical whitening. Looks unnatural and possibly does damage over the years.
i have been using colgate whitening it has really worked on a brown stained tooth at the front amazing stuff used about 3 times a day to start now twice a aday
