We are supposed to find wheat and dairy hard to digest if we have blood group O. Do you know your blood group, and do you feel worse after eating certain foods?

food makes me feel full up and happy :)
I do know my blood group and I don't feel differently after eating certain foods except curry and eggs and baked beans.
I'm an O, and I've never heard about a connection between blood groups and digestive problems. Since O is the commonest blood group covering 47% of the population, surely that would mean very many more people have food intolerances? I'd like to see a link to that evidence - it seems an unlikely conclusion to me!
I'm an O as well. Can't say I've ever had a problem with either.
I have recently decided that I should not eat fish & chips as it causes me bloating and sits very heavy in my stomach. Shame as I love it.
Well I do love i giant Donner kebab after work at about 22.45 maybe once a fortnight. I will often wake up and I have this feeling in my gut like it has been totally abused and insulted, not pain or discomfort, just abused.

Oh well, roll on the next one :-)

I'm a type A and the link made for some very interesting reading.

"Type As most often described themselves in ways related to the following characteristics: sensitive to the needs of others, good listeners, detail oriented, analytical, creative and inventive."

Yep, that's me down to a T. lol
The supposed connection between blood group and digestion is speculative hocus pocus.

The genes involved are quite separate. Regardless of bloodtype virtually no adults could digest milk until about 8000 years ago when the genes involved started to become common in northern Europe.

Wheat digestion problems are due gluten intolerance and not relatd to blood type.
Nomercy.. does that mean there is a link between blood group and zodiacal birth sign?
Well I am a Capricorn.... what do you reckon? ;-)

Seriously, I don't know if there's a link between dietary intolerances and blood groups. I know if I eat junk, I'll probably put on weight. If I eat a healthy, balanced diet, I'll probably feel better.
Capricorns rooool..... food can improve your spelling. Not.
I'm blood group O I find egg white makes me nauseus, I can't eat too many apples because it affects my hands which lately seem to be painful with arthritis/rheumatism.
Eating onions, particularly fried give me the runs. I don't really subscribe this to my blood group.

I am O negative and have no problem digesting wheat or dairy products. How can your blood group have any bearing on how you digest food?
I am B rhesus negative,my stomach plays up if i eat rich foods like cream,or fried food..
Well, I'm AB+ and everything that "Doctor
no idea what my blood group is. i do feel bad after eating certain things but not sure if its related
Oops, my mistake.....THAT doctor couldn't be more wrong about me: I wouldn't let him take my pulse, assuming he knew how to.
And.... how do you go through life without knowing your blood group?
