Hotmail Emails

Trying to send some emails this afternoon but before they get sent, I keep having to put security password letters in - I have never been asked to do this before. Please can someone tell me what I've clicked on to make this happen and how to get rid of it - its really annoying me!!

This happens from time to time with email providers. You will probably find it resolves itself.
