Hi,this is my first time to ask a question.Could you advise,the best walking shoes,trainers,
etc,for somrone with a bad back.Thamks Posyrosy

I`ve had back problems for years. I find that if I wear shoes/slippers with a little heel or wedge, even an inch, my back does not hurt so much when I`m out & about walking. Even my slippers have a little heel.

You'd be best advised to ask a podiatrist or osteopath - my osteopath recommended a certain sole shape to correct my stance.
try MBTs [ Masai Barefoot Technology] trainers but make sure a proper fitter that sells them measures your feet dont just go to John Lewis or similar as they havent a clue. I had to take some back as "miss sold".These shoes will change the way you walk, they are expensive but worth it.
