Has anyone taken Huperzine A for memory loss? Has it helped? If so what where your doses and duration?

Neither have I till today john when I seen it on a uk site and decided that my memory is literally like a broken sieve so if this or anything can help me regenerate the ol memory circuits then hey I'd jump at the chance!
Do u get enough sleep, if you get less sleep i heard a while back u forget a few things, plus age is another factor, plus males & females brains act a little different.

My colleague kept meaning to take Gingko Biloba for her memory, but every time she went to the chemist's she forgot what it was called...
LOL @ Karen, must admit I have taken gingko for a couple of years. I still forget things, but perhaps not as much as I would if I didn't (if you follow me).
Very funny kittykoo :) Karenmac60 I use Gingko, but as a mental boost at work during long shifts and it works for that but not sure about the memory bit.
A couple of years ago I read an article about Blueberries & their effect on memory loss,I always put a handful on my breakfast cereal each morning & I swear they have made a difference,I am 85 now & although I do forget things I think they have helped. Ron.
Good for you in many ways, whiskeryron, I like blueberries (and they last longer in the fridge than some other soft fruits).
My grandmother started walking 5 miles a day when she was 60 years old. Now she's 87 and we don't know where the hell she is.
