fairytale wedding dress

I've just started searching for my dream wedding dress but can't seem to find anything right. I like the top half of some and the bottom half of others, but there hasn't been any i've seen that are perfect. I want something that's corset type and tight up top (straps an advantage) and a large princess-like full skirt. I dont want a two-piece and I'm not keen on silk- I prefer lace and textured fabrics. Two problems; 1) Im a size 10 and have a small waist but I have 34ee-f boobs, so I will probably have to have one made to measure. 2) My budget is �700, but �500 or less would be fantastic. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
