As for your second question - if intercourse is painful, ytou may have a problem somewhere. This may be something simple - you are not ready when penetration takes places is favourite. You need to be fully relaxed and lubricated before your partner's penis (I'm asssuming we are talking heterosexual sex here?) is inserted - if he rushes and you are not ready, you may experience some discomfort. Likewise, if you are tense, this will cause discomfort or even pain.
Make sure you take all the time you need to be ready, and if this is not the problem, have a quick word with your doctor - no need to be embarassed, this is a very common situation. Hope you get it sorted.
