What's the most stupid thing you've done when drunk?
Mine was smashing up a car, in front of three watching plain-clothes police officers.

I was thinking more along the lines of insane stupidity bordering on suicidal....i.e. my neighbour who wrote off a 37,000 BMW he'd saved up for 4 years to buy. He had to be physically cut out of the car by the fire brigade, and the fact he was drunk meant he didn't tense up in shock when the car crashed, which ironically saved his life.

i rode a horse - bareback and naked - through a piazza in rome! Apparently it stopped the traffic, but I can't remember a thing! Shame really, it would have been a great memory!
I once woke up to the sound of my husband (who'd been on a stag night and forgot his key) whispering outside the bedroom window, accompanied by the gentlest tapping of stones against the glass. When I let him in and asked him why he hadn't rang the doorbell, he replied, "I didn't want to wake you!" Amazing!
