my friend says she has electricity in here body and has to go to hospital to get it sorted out can or is this true

Yes all nerve impulses are electrical. The body can also store static, but that discharges as soon as something conducted to earth is touched. If your friend has found a way of storing electricity in her body tissue then I think that the national grid would be interested!
Might be the other sort of hospital she's talking about.....
Yes Ann but those hospitals tend to put elecricity in rather than take it out!

Perhaps your friend suffers from 'Wolfe Parkinson White', which is an extra electrical connection in the heart. There is an operation which is called ablation - it zaps the extra electrical connection & regulates the heart beat. I only know this because I am waitng to go into hospital to have this done.
