Whitebears - do you have any flat cola or lemonade ? Failing that - dont suppose you have any 'Andrews' liver salts ?
teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in water, tastes yuk but works.
I have a slice of dry white bread and a glass of cold water. Don`t know why it works but it does.

If you have some bicarbonate of soda in your store cupboard, and you dissolve about a teaspoonful in a small glass of warm water, and drink slowly, this may help, Hope this helps!..............

yes Whitebear it is, but can help wIth the tummy too, try it!......If it doesn't help, won't do any harm, or try peppermint essence, if you have it, a few drops in a small glass of wrm water.........they can both help to get some relief, and if they don't help, they won't hurt you!.......
