soaps..........LOL......resident doc ?......some would disagree ;-)
I have never had any problems getting off to sleep.....don´t know why?
I think that the most important thing is to exercise for about 30-45 mins everyday by walking or by swimming. Not eating late at night (we have dinner at 6pm and not drinking more than a couple of normal glasses of wine with your evening meal. No alcohol after that.
I really dont want to get dependent on pills.
After working an 8 hour day the last thing I need is exercise.I find if I do drink a alcohol I'm able to nod off...........that works for soaps.
No, do not rely on sleeping pills, as they do not always work, and in about 2 weeks you will be addicted to them, and not be able to sleep without them. I would recommend an Anti-Insomnia band, which was designed in China, but can not tell you the site, as it has stopped selling them now. They are about £10, go on your wrist, and they do not have any side effects at all.
Sorry I can not be of more help, but would advise Googling the above.
