Basically, you are an anxious person and the bad crazy dreams are as a result of it. Dream dictionaries are a waste of time in my opinion. No-one could analyse my crazy dreams!!
To all of you that suffer I hope you get a decent nights sleep. I know I won't - I never do!! I would just love a night of going to bed, going to sleep and waking up at a reasonable time the next morning feeling refreshed. I never, ever feel refreshed in the morning - I feel worse when I wake up and for the first hour or so of being awake than at any other time of the day.

It don't have any trouble going to sleep society. But I only sleep for about an hour before waking and then sleep fitfully all night studded with weird dreams and nightmares. I am asleeep within minutes of getting into bed!! The nightmares and dreams totally tire me out. I wake up feeling exhausted.
My problem is acute anxiety for which I have to take medication. (And bloomin' arthritic aches and pains which don't help).

Lol im not anxious in general......well actually, i suppose i dont think i am but i have had panic attacks...so actually very good point! Prob the dreams are more vivid if im stressed! I wake up and i dunno whats even real or not and i feel soo sluggish i struggle to lift an arm never mind get up! Xx
I have a memory foam topper which I love, but my bed is really comfortable and certainly isn't the problem.
I find mornings dreadful. I am fine now - will go to bed shortly, go straight to sleep and then wake up about 1.30am. and then about every hour or so!! Doctor prescribed me sleeping tablets and and they worked but I couldn't get up at all for about 15 hours and felt dreadful for the next 24!!

I tend to sleep in the foetal position on my left side, unless my gf stays over because she sleeps on her right but has to be near the door so out of good manners I sleep on my right then! ha!
I've had some mad dreams that couldn't possibly mean anything, I once dreamt I was slapped across the face by a panda with a human hand!
