what to eat?

got a stomach bug & feel rubbish but i'm hungry, any ideas on what's safe to eat - won;t have me running for the loo, within minutes

i would of normally gone for toast or crackers but i have none, loads of fruit and veg but i don't feel that would be a good idea

well i also told my boss not to take the shortcut and we had to do it properly and turned down a choc biscuit

they are about to hospitalise me
