Breast weight

Can anyone tell me what the weight of an average 38in breast is, i need to know this to make certain that my bras are weighted properly in the search for realism

The average breast weighs about 200 grams or 7 ounces.

What will you use as weights?

Hi thank you for responding - until i am able to buy proper breast forms i use water filled bags - not the best i know but at the moment all i can use - erica

I would think it's more about volume than weight, so would depend what cup size you have on your bra's.  I would think it's just trial and error to a certain extent.

Thanks englishbird,  i wear a 38B bra and use water filled bags to fill the cups but until tonight i do not know what the weight of them is - if the weight is right but the volume is incorrect then i will have to think again, as i have been told budgie seed works too, but the water moves as i move and gives that bounce that is so characteristic of a true bust.

Hmmm..... some bounce more than others :o) wear whatever feels most comfortable

Thanks again, englishbird - i am looking to achieve the best figure i can, but also to have the most authentic weight so that my bras do what they are supposed to, ie support the bust which in turn causes the feelings in the shoulders etc. one day i will achieve the ridges across the tops of my shoulders (i hope) caused by years of wearing a bra - erica
