As I've mentioned, my grandad was diagnosed recently with prostate cancer that's spread to every bone in his body, it's been tough coming to terms with this as he's always been indistructable in my eyes... well it turns out I was right!
He was told by his consultant yesterday that his bones are still strong enough to run so tomorrow morning he's joining me, my brother and my auntie on a 15 mile run! I can guarantee the only thing he'll moan about is the heat!!

And cheers Rowan, that is something we know he's got to watch, he won't be doing any runs on his own just to be on the safe side but my mum was saying you could just see the lift the news has given him!
