Light At The End Of The Tunnel?

Final child who needed to get chicken pox has finally succumbed today so fingers crossed that there is light at the end of the tunnel (poor thing has been sick all weekend). Everyone's cold/flu seems to be easing and even himself seems to be brighter today. This has been going on for four weeks now (will be five weeks by the time she can leave the house) and it's starting to get me down now.

Any chance of a couple of days off Sherr...don't suppose so. Himself won't feel well enough to watch the littlies....but you could do with a break. x

He couldn't keep up with them if he felt 100%! It's feels like it's been forever since I left the village, just going a bit sir crazy, x

Bless you Sherrardk, you have been through the mill . Can you not get a family member or close friend to baby sit one afternoon while you go out for a coffee ? It would do you the world of good. Here is a hug ((( hug ))) xx

Thanks all, sorry for moaning (it's not exactly the end of the world). Just seem to have been stuck in the house for ever! No family and friends have their own kids to be thinking about (my own fault for having so many kids).

You've really had your share of hard work these past few weeks. If I was nearer I would gladly come over and let you have a day or two off sherr. I guess that's what being a mother means though. When they are all much older you will know then that it was all worthwhile. x

Jno - have had chicken pox and a stinky cold lately, probably wouldn't notice if I got man flu.
