Manners......
80 Answers
On the radio my lover who doesn't know he is was discussing manners.
He said that he always opens the car door for a lady and, if out to dinner, he always stands when a lady leaves the table....
Now, he can open my car door any day......but it got me wondering....
What can we ladies do to show good manners towards a man......apart from being gentle when we're correcting them?.......☺

Always keep your appearance neat and tidy for them
Never answer back or contradict them...and of course never ever have a 'headache'.....

That's interesting.
I am really big on manners, I think they are an indicator of respect and courtesy.
When the present Mrs Hughes and I were having a heated domestic yesterday morning, her vehicular flounce was curtailed by the fact that my car was blocking her exit off the drive. She demanded that move it, and stormed off to her car, hearing, but ignoring my response "What's the little word?"
After about two minutes, she came back, and although it was through gritted teeth, she did ask me please to move my car.
These little victories are what keeps love alive!!

AH, you are so so wrong.
Those "little victories" do not keep love alive. If it were me I would probably have screamed "Move your ******* car you ******* imbecile before I ****** move it for you" and then caught the bus.
I am sure you feel gratified you got her to say "please". I'll bet she spent an hour thinking "please? Please?!!! I'll give the **** "please"."
