I just wanted to say thanks for all the support that some of you have given me over the death of my father.
But as I take myself off this site for a while can I just say that some of you really need to take a hard look at yourselves, I cannot believe that some of you hold such grudges against me that you would never even pass your condolences on.
I don’t know if that says more about me or you?
So good bye for a while those that have my contact details feel free to contact me, you others may wish to take this time to contemplate what type of person you want to be.

Think it probably says more about you really.
As was said the other day, it's done for fun!

Don't let it get to you, emotions are still raw x
Take my love with you and if I can I'll be in touch ♥

Your message makes me sad.
2 answers from June!!!
Sticks and stones RR. Don’t be ‘ away’ too long .
For all the animosity between you and I,I think you'll find I did leave a message of condolence
only answered once you must have double vision. My point is why give condolences to a total stranger?
I don't know you, never met you, don't know your father had never met him, so my condolences if sent would be showing a superficial or indeed false sense of emotions.
People are clearly sad when someone suffers a death, but in my opinion that is a personal thing, something for the next of kin and close friends, which in my opinion cyber friends do not include.
Again, in my opinion we see too much of condolences, which form only a moment arr of empathy soon to be expelled, which doesn't mean that we are not sympathetic.
In fact, this thread says more about YOU, than anyone or anything else.
It was two altogether June! This thread being your second post.
wow random person makes two posts one after the other on a public forum. Hold the front page haha
have a good break RR
things wont be much different when you come back
( no matter when )

( Brexit still whether or no, browns killing us in our beds, immigrants - all the usual will still be here...)

nsight and reflection isnt a great thing with Abers you know
Blimey I see what you mean RR - ! troll alert !
What a strange post: You're upset by and critical of complete strangers who didn't send you condolences upon the death of someone in your family?...Completely agree with Sqad.

To be honest you come across as a not very pleasant person as you did in your previous persona.
No idea what this is about. It is just empathy, sqad, just support for another person. That doesn't have to be false, we all have at least some idea how it feels.
Anyway, take care, RR xx
Familiarity breeds contempt, even more so on internet sites.
But sometimes, may be most times, silence is the best response to fools. Don't know you at all, so I don't know how I could possibly hold a grudge. In this instance I decided not to be silent.
If someone on here failed to offer me condolences upon a death (my Mum for example), it wouldn`t enter my head that they held some sort of grudge against me. That's a very strange way of thinking (and a little paranoid) Anger is one of the symptoms of grief though.
Pixie, I tried by leaving an ' empathy' post ( for what good it did me) I think RR thanked everyone but me, still, I'll live ;0)
237 - there is history.
I'm sure you, will bobbi :-)
Maybe it was something else xx
