What does my dream
I wonder if anybody can help explain exactly what is going on in my head....? The last 2 nights I have had the most bizarre, realistic and frighteningly brief dreams. My partner who has always worked shift is currently working early mornings and both dreams have occured just after he has left our home (He works this shift every 3 weeks so it is not unusual inn our routine). The first one, started with the sound of keys in our front door, the door closing and foot steps to my bedroom. then my bedroom door opening, and the sound of somebody entering the room. At this point I am sleeping facing away from the door. But the next thing that happens, is an arm is put across my body and the 'person' entering the room leans down to nuzzle my neck. I can feel the breath of the 'person' on my skin as they inhale/exhale. All the while I am fighting with my eyes to open to see what is going on and I know I have my mouth open to screem but nothing is coming out because I know its not my partner he has gone to work. Suddenly I can wake myself and realise it was just a dream. But its way too realistic. Then this morning just after my partner has gone to work. Another one of my dream starts, where I can hear somebody in our bathroom brushing their teeth, then walking from our bathroom into our living room and closing the door. Again the movment of the 'person' is exactly what it is when there is somebody in the house ie. the creaking of the floorboards, to the switching on of lights and closing of doors. When I force myself to wake up and go see what is happening - of course there is nothing there. But for those frightening few seconds, I feel frozen in my bed with the thoughts that there is somebody in our house.
This is the first time anything like this has EVER happened in my dreams. And now its happened twice Any ideas what they mean???

That can trigger these dreams.
I get dreams like those too...thought it was me going mad!
I often feel the mattress go down as if someone is sitting on the edge of the bed....although I am convinced its not a dream and that maybe its my guardian angel! Also on occassions I have dreamt that I am really trying to scream and wake bf up but he just cant hear me....it seems so real then all of a sudden I wake up.........very spooky.....I am also convinced have visions in bed as I can see things more vividly than in dreams and I know I'm not asleep as I can control the vision, open my eyes and then see it again - what's all that about!
Sorry I have no answer - but you're not the only one if that's any help - I tend to just enjoy it the whole vividness of it all, some people cant even recall their dreams
