The second thing is that at work I met a guy who I hit it off with straight away. He was always so pleased to see me and used to hang around to deliberately 'bump' into me. He was a cutie, texting all the time and giving me hugs; a real sweetie. I knew from the start that he had a girlfriend but me being me, I fell in love with him anyway! But I was totally aware that nothing could happen and so decided to be as happy as I could with just being friends because I'd prefer that than to never speak to him again. Anyway, so he began to ignore me just before I went off on holiday but as we'd been seeing each other absolutely tonnes up til then I thought he must just have been a bit bored of me which always happens with friends so I wasn't too bothered. While I was away he emailed a lot saying nice things so I expected him to be alright when I returned. Unfortunately I spotted him from a distance down a corridor yesterday and he, thinking I hadn't seen him, saw me and dodged into another side corridor. Basically he didn't want to see me. This is such a contrast to how he was before that I really don't understand what I could have done to make him want to avoid me. He came and saw me later but because I'd seen him dodging me and didn't know how to behave and it was kind of awkward. Plus I got the distinct impression he'd come to see me just because he felt he had to. So that was the second thing.
