Do men really spend a year waiting for wives/girlfriends?

Men spend a whole year of their lives waiting for their wives or girlfriends according to new research. 22 weeks of this is spent outside shop changing rooms waiting for their partner to try on clothes apparently. Do you agree with this research? Or do you think women spend as much time waiting for men?

yer I agree, but we also spend alot of time waiting to get into changing rooms, so longer we wait longer partners have to wait. Blame the shops :-) plus if men let us go shopping on our own with their money they wouldnt have to wait. God they are so silly sometimes

that pales in comparison to the amount of time we spend waiting for jobs to be done that men say they will do.

The above is so true, I still haven't put up the new hanging rail for our wardrobe that we bought over 4 years ago.

We only go in the loo to get peace away from nagging women who want jobs doing!
Ive given up waiting for my wife to get ready to go out. If she ain't ready by a certain deadline, I just go.
She will learn..........maybe.

I don't go clothes shopping with Mr P. The reason being it is HE who takes forever choosing stuff. I just pick something out & pay for it. I haven't seen a changing room since 1987.

We are always late for appointments, weddings, funerals & christenings...simply because he takes an age to get ready. I am well practised in doing clothes, hair & makeup within 30 minutes. I can also get the kids ready at the same time :o)

Haha! I am the bad at being ready on time........evryone, not just my boyfriend.......will tell me an earlier time to be ready for than what time I actually need to be .........and Im often still behind time! lol

But, like it has been said, we have to wait around just as much as our men do........just normally for different reasons........just like the time I had to text my boyfriend when we was out having a meal........after we had paid, we both when to the toilets and agreed to meet outside them.......20 minutes later he still hadnt reappeared!! I sent him a text to make sure he was still in the building and hadnt gone!! lol
