how do you know who is your best friend and who is fake ?

i think i lost my best friend , have lots of others one called today , she is quite ugly but never had a problem with that , but some off her comments are upseting me as if she is some problem , been friends for years and i feel that i should keep in touch for that reason , but think i need to let go , because she seem to be on my back for no reason, and is nitpicking, why are theypicking on me when i have always been there for them?
