My husband ran off with a Czech girl. I now want to divorce him and I want to cite her in the papers but I only know her first name and their address but not her surname. I apparantly need this to proceed. Does anyone know how I can get it? I've tried the electoral roll but only my ex is listed at their address even though she lives there too.

bit minging and I suspect illegal, but you could go through their bins? She might chuck out something with her name on it.
I divorced my first husband for adultery without naming the other woman. It shouldn't make any difference if you don't name her you can still proceed. (Unless the law has changed since my divorce 7 or 8 years ago).
It may be difficult but you need to start thinking and stop feeling.
There are easier and cheaper ways to end a marriage than citing reasons and naming adulterers.
You can have another row if you want, I'm sure the lawyers will facilitate that, but in reality try and work out what you need and what he wants financially out of the home, settle it and go your sepatate ways.
Better the money in your pockets, than helping to put the lawyers kids through college.
Forget naming the co-respondent. It will only complicate the issue, drawing it out longer and costing you more for the lawyer's time.
Just get divorced on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. All you want to do is get divorced as quickly as possibe
I don't know why you have to cite her surname.

I divorced my husband due to unreasonable behaviour and mentioned that he was living with another woman. That is all I had to do, and he responded with the details.

The reason for the divorce doesn't matter, and adultery doesn't mean you are entitled to any more than usual. It means nothing nowadays!

Just get rid of the marriage asap :o)

Thank you everyone for your advice.
I've already sold the house and given him half of it so nothing left to do but get the divorce!
I guess I just wanted to name and shame her too but I guess I'll put it through without the name. It'll be quicker and I probably wouldn't feel any better whether she's named or not! Thanks.
frustrated u must be, be a bigger person and u`ll feel better quicklier (new word from vl)

send some rotton fish through the door with maggotts too

leave a used tampon through the cat flap so they blame the cat
The thing is Frustrated I can understand you want to name and shame but firstly judging by her morality it wouldn't bother her and secondly who actually sees it?

Best thing to do is do him for unreasonable behaviour and move on with yr dignity, dont try and get yr own back because whats the point.
