is this the modern day affair?
63 Answers
i was at the doctors today read an old take a break magazine story about a woman who left her husband for a man she met online. I say 'met' but she hadnt met him physicaly. Turned out he had a wife with kids an never left them so the woman had nothing. Her husband scarpered as he was undestandably mortified when he found out. So is it common in this 2!st century for these online affairs?

Did you see those two in the papers at the weekend?
She divorced hoim because she found his online 'alter ego' having sex with another person in the game Second Life?
What a load of rubbish!!! I wouldn't mind, but the two in question met each other online in the first place...
I wouldn't like a partner of mine chatting up other women online but I would never call it an affair until they actually met in the flesh. Let's face it, how many people completely lie about themselves online - me? I'm blonde, 8 stone and 25.... honest.

Splutter!!!! Aww....oh dear...I've no idea what ddaisy looks like, but I'm not lying about me, because you've seen pics.
Have you polished your sporran then Leggy? Kilts...ahhh....very smart.
As to ddaisy's question - I don't see any difference between meeting someone on line, or anywhere else, but surely no one in their right mind'd leave a partner before meeting up with their cyber friend first, and getting to know them???
