What should I do?

Common reasoning tells me that I should stay with my boyfriend of 5 years. I really have no reason to leave him, other then the fact I feel like I missing something. What am I missing, I don't know! We have been dating ever sense high school and I know that I love him. My family and friends adore him and he will make a fantastic husband someday. Lately I have been dreaming about just the excitement of meeting other guy. This just might be hormones or maybe my body is telling me something, do you have any suggestions??
