He and Linda would have been celebrating there 40th wedding anniversary on the 12th!!!

Well did he...I don't know, but let's say he did. From her death, he moved on and married and divorced again. His life ie full and he is getting on with it.
The children are grown up, life and families of their own.
In this life.....nothing is forever.
