I need some help???/

I have been with a woman for 5 years now. At the start of the relationship when she was pregnant I cheated on her once. Our relationship has been an emotional strain on her because in the beginning i new nothing about loving someone one or how to express that. In 2007 I proposed and she excepted and now I need help. She just told me she cheated on me in Dec 08 with a person I know about but I don't know. She told me the they continued to talk after that until the last week in February...I need some help!
