Stressed Out & Can't Sleep 4

I just need to put this behind me & resolve the matter in my mind! I was diagnosed with glauocoma in February this year, and what with that & this still going on I am acompletely stressed out! I am getting maybe two hours sleep a night at the moment.
I know I have behaved like an idiot & a moron, but how can I put this behind me?
Don't report this for stupidity, because it is a genuine cry for help!

Why do you need help? Assuming this post is genuine (and I don't think it is...) then I don't understand what you need help with. Ignore the woman and get on with your life!!! You might have behaved like an idiot but then you say in your first post that she bombarded you with silent phone calls for 6 years? WTF??? Why didn't you just change your phone number? Where did she get your phone number from in the first place? Why on earth would she want to keep phoning you anyway? Why didn't you just report her for harrassment? etc etc etc

This is genuine & I know I have behaved like a total idiot- what was I thiniking??? I just feel like this woman was playing games with me & like a moron I played along! But it is true that life is short & I am basically getting stressed out over nothing. After all there are people in this country with terminal illnesses, losing there jobs, getting divorced etc, so in the scheme of things my problem is trivial. I just have to forget about it, stay strong and move on.
Once again this is a genuine posting, as unbelievable as the story might seem-even to me!

Think I was in deep depression during that period of my life, so my judgements were deeply flawed & irrational at that time!
