Anal diazapam update

Morning, tried the diazapam after plucking up the courage last night, it stung like hell when i used it, but that soon wore off, waited and waited and waited some more, then i fell asleep, lot of good that was, back to the drawing board i say lol. Jno, your right, im forever making excuses after excuses, ive now resuted in him sleeping in a sperate room, i love him dearly but i just cant do it, this is messing my head too much i dont know how much more i can take.

then it's counselling you need, more than pills. You're still waiting for that to come through?

Ideally I'd say this is something you and your husband need to work through - but it can't be if you won't include him. So all you can do is change your own thinking. Counsellors can advise you on how you might do it, open new ways of thinking to you - but they can't take over your mind and do it for you. Some day it's going to be up to you.
