that was convicted of assaulting a women 3 times in domestic abuse and got a 5yr restraining order or would you give them the benefit of the doubt if he said he didnt do it.

just askin because yes i did post previous on courts etc
found out he is bak in town in the clubs chatting the girls up and denying it saying he was set up by the system
i am living far away now

I would stay away if it were me. I have known men who have abused there wives/spouses and in my experience they never change. I am not saying they can't but it would surprise me if it happened. And I would always be wondering if I got him mad would he crack me one?!
